Human Resources Manager (bi-lingual) responsible for payroll/compensation, colleague retention, employee relations, and more. Must be detail-oriented and bilingual English-Spanish. 2+ years of Human Resources Management experience preferred. Requirements

  • Excellent employee relations skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a positive manner
  • Hotel Union and labor relations experience a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 or more years of Human Resources Management (in a Hotel/Resort) preferred
  • Experience in HRIS and Payroll Dimensions/Kronos preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English-Spanish Required
