The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function and bilingual English-Spanish skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent employee relations skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a positive manner
  • Hotel Union and labor relations experience a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
