Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager (bi-lingual) for our Tempe Mission Palms location. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function, including payroll/compensation, colleague retention, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Excellent employee relations skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a positive manner
  • Hotel Union and labor relations experience a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 or more years of Human Resources Management (in a Hotel/Resort) preferred
  • Experience in HRIS and Payroll Dimensions/Kronos preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English-Spanish Required
