Job Description
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function and the ability to run an efficient office in the Director's absence. The position reports to the Human Resources Director and is responsible for payroll/compensation, colleague retention, employee relations, colleague on-boarding, recognition, benefits, leadership development and training.

Requirements

  • Excellent employee relations skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a positive manner
  • Hotel Union and labor relations experience a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 or more years of Human Resources Management (in a Hotel/Resort) preferred
  • Experience in HRIS and Payroll Dimensions/Kronos preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English-Spanish Required
