We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Human Resources Manager, Bilingual (Spanish) in our Chicago location. This role is responsible for driving HR strategy, employee relations, talent development, and compliance for a large operational workforce.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to the General Manager and leadership team
  • Lead and develop the local HR team
  • Coach managers and supervisors on performance management and people leadership practices
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and partner with leadership to resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations
