Job Description
Licking Memorial Health Systems is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team and help manage key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, retention strategies, policy development, and organizational HR support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Experience with compensation analysis, wage compression, and strategic salary planning.
Strong background in handling workplace investigations, corrective actions, and policy development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting workforce data and driving decision-making.
Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
