Job Description
This position reports directly to the HR Director and functions as the HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility, working closely with management in areas such as employee relations, labor relations, leadership development, and change management.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with the plant to improve business results and meet objectives
  • Develop effective long-term staffing plans to hire the right people in the right jobs at the right time
  • Plan, develop, and implement wage and salary programs
  • Provide expertise to plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning, and salary planning
  • Consult with employees at all levels
  • Participate in the development of corporate and departmental goals and objectives
  • Evaluate changing demographics, and legal and technical developments in the field, and develop new programs
  • Facilitate Organizational Health Initiatives (OHI)
  • Integrate Trivium standards of Leadership into client systems
  • Manage the uniform application of policies and procedures and the application of discipline
  • Manage and track safety training, plant incidents/accidents, and safety programs
  • Assist sector HR leadership in projects as needed
