Job Description
Join Victor as a Human Resources Manager to help create meaningful and lasting positive change in your community. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance and training to employees.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources (HR) or Masters’ degree in HR if Bachelors’ is not in HR
A minimum of four years of direct Human Resources experience
Working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws & regulations
Valid California driver's license
Personal automobile insurance
Driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy: Motor Vehicle Operating Standards
Physical and mental fitness in accordance with the Agency’s Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations
Willingness to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test, drug screening test, and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s)
Willingness to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California
