Job Description
Join Victor as a Human Resources Manager to help create meaningful and lasting positive change in your community. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance and training to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources (HR) or Masters’ degree in HR if Bachelors’ is not in HR
  • A minimum of four years of direct Human Resources experience
  • Working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws & regulations
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Personal automobile insurance
  • Driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy: Motor Vehicle Operating Standards
  • Physical and mental fitness in accordance with the Agency’s Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations
  • Willingness to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test, drug screening test, and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s)
  • Willingness to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California
