Job Description
America's largest privately owned company dedicated exclusively to aviation security has an opening for a Human Resources Manager at Denver International Airport. The company is seeking a highly trained and motivated individual to administer and oversee all phases of personnel support, including employment, employee/labor relations, training, benefit administration and record keeping.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
  • Possess a valid State of Colorado driver's license or State issued ID.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in security administrative capacity may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to speak, read, write legibly, and understand English.
  • General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety, advanced Human Resource certification preferred
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must be willing to comply with our Drug Free Workplace policy
  • Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance
