Job Description
The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, ensure alignment with company goals, and compliance with regulations. Responsible for leading by example, driving process improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience; preferably in manufacturing
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence organizational culture
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed
