Job Description
This position reports directly to the HR Director and functions as the HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will work closely with and guide management in various areas such as employee relations, labor relations, leadership development, change management, and legal compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR strongly preferred
Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with eight years of progressive experience in human resources at a management level
Experience independently identifying, developing, and leading key strategic projects to meet corporate business goals
