Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the HR Director and will work closely with plant management to align HR objectives with strategic organizational objectives. The successful candidate will provide expertise on leadership development, performance management, change management, and resource planning, and will work to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported and able to thrive.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR
Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with eight years of progressive experience in human resources at a management level
Experience in establishing effective approaches to improve employee engagement
Experience in preparing and delivering training to employees on a number of HR/policy topics
