D&T Imports, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its corporate HR team and manage multi-state payrolls. The role offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in Business, Human Resources or relatable field
  • Five plus years of Human Resources management experience
  • Five plus years of multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Experience using ADP's Workforce Now Payroll Platform (preferred)
  • Experience with implementing HRIS/Human Capital software systems (preferred)
  • Supervision, coaching and mentoring experience
  • Knowledge of Health & Welfare & Café 125 Benefits
  • Knowledge of 401(k) Plan Administration
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
