Role OverviewWe are looking for a Human Resources Manager to add to our team. The HR leader is retiring, and this is not a seat to fill — it is an ownership handoff. The HR manager will report directly to the CEO and own the work end to end, with a structured transition planned.
What You Will Do
The HR manager will be responsible for recruiting and talent, HR operations, benefits, and compliance. They will own the candidate experience, run full-cycle recruiting, and partner with delivery and capture leads on workforce planning. They will also automate repetitive parts, maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment law, and support HUBZone compliance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of progressive HR experience, including direct ownership of recruiting and day-to-day HR operations. They will be hands-on, AI-native, and have experience supporting a federal government contractor. They will also have experience administering employee benefits, including open enrollment and leave.
