Role OverviewThe Human Resources Manager will partner with the Senior HR leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that meet and exceed the expectations of the Sheraton Brand, ownership, and associates. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting employee engagement, community service initiatives, labor relations, benefits, learning & development, compliance, and recruiting.
What You Will Do
Manages the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, manages HR administration, provides subject matter expertise, coordinates new hire orientation and trainings, organizes associate engagement activities, supports community service initiatives, and practices an “open door” policy.
