What You Will Do
Develop and implement HR strategies, oversee HR functions, manage employee relations and engagement, develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, implement and manage performance management systems, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software; Paylocity is a plus
