Role OverviewWe are seeking an HR leader to run the human resources function for our manufacturing facility. This is a standalone, full-impact role. You will act as the vital bridge between our local team, facility leadership, and corporate HR initiatives—ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry.
What You Will Do
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, manage benefits administration, process payroll, audit timekeeping records, and keep HRIS data perfectly updated. Partner with operations to support facility safety programs, manage compliance with labor laws, and lead the rollout of corporate policies, training modules, and HR audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience supporting internal employees and leadership teams
- Minimum of 3 years of HR leadership experience within a machinery manufacturing environment
- Solid, hands-on HR management experience specifically within a machinery manufacturing environment
- Experience recruiting professional talent across engineering and other technical and business functions
- Benefits administration experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and related regulations
