What You Will Do
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, training and development, HR compliance, HRIS administration, and employee engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
- Knowledge of human resource laws, compensation, organizational planning & development, employee relations, safety, recruitment, training, and preventative labor relations
- Experience in the administration of benefits, compensation, and wellness programs
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to execute decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain flexibility, and objectivity
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, database management, record keeping, and use of an HRIS
