Role OverviewThe Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, directs, and manages the activities of the Human Resources support staff while overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This position requires substantial independent judgment and discretion, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the agency, human resources, and employee relations.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will supervise staff, plan and implement onboarding, fitness-for-duty evaluations, drug/alcohol testing, and benefit administration. They will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and manage HR-related reports.
