Role OverviewThe Human Resources Manager oversees day-to-day HR operations and serves as a trusted partner to hotel leadership and colleagues. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager helps foster a positive, inclusive, and service-focused workplace culture while ensuring HR policies and practices align with company standards and employment laws.
What You Will Do
Administer insurance benefits, calculate billing totals, explain benefits, assist with completion of enrollment forms, and answer questions. Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating Human Resources strategies in alignment with Corporate guidelines and initiatives. Provide guidance to managers on resolving colleague issues and concerns; assist with counseling colleagues and managers as needed.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of progressive Human Resources experience in a hotel or a related industry required.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- College course work in related field helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
