Role OverviewThis position provides support to the employees of Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center, promoting and assisting with federal, state, and local laws as it relates to employment, payroll, and benefits. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and work closely with Corporate HR and the Payroll Department.
What You Will Do
The Human Resources Manager will manage employee issues and complaints, provide information to current and prospective employees, maintain accurate personnel files, and prepare statistical reports. They will also analyze HR data, investigate work-related injuries, and support audit preparation and compliance efforts.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of progressive human resources experience
- Three years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience with employee relations, investigations, corrective action, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and terminations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with sound judgment
