What You Will Do
Investigate employment relationship issues, provide guidance to managers, and assist in staff development and training. Oversee payroll best practices, Wage and Hour compliance, and act as a liaison to the 'Voices' group of employees.

Requirements
- Human Resources management training through an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Supervisory role
- Valid California Driver's License with driving record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
