Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager provides HR direction and support related to employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. This position develops and implements HR policies and programs to support the organization's business and improvement goals and objectives.

What You Will Do

Drive a positive and inclusive company culture, assist with research and development of analytical reports, attract and retain employees, provide cost-effective solutions, manage employee relations, and provide organizational development and change management support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and HRCI or SHRM certification. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • HRCI or SHRM certification
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to influence and deliver results in a multi-unit environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of judgment, discretion, and decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to managers and employees
  • Must be a critical thinker – able to analyze information, identify complex problems, develop logical solutions
  • Proficient in Excel and HRIS (Oracle Fusion, Taleo ATS, and/or Kronos Workforce Central a plus)
