Role OverviewWhite Deer Run is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of human resources within a facility, including recruiting and selection, onboarding, new hire orientation, and payroll processing.
What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day HR functions for the facility, interpret HR policies for staff, and respond to staff at all levels of the organization. Responsible for compensation, employee relations, and worker's compensation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
