Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources operations for approximately 150 employees. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, leave administration, compliance, and separation processes.

What You Will Do

Manage HR operations, oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, maintain personnel files, employment documentation, certifications, licenses, and required employee records, track employee credentials, coordinate employee benefits enrollment, manage employee leave processes, support supervisors with employee relations, coordinate performance evaluations, ensure HR deadlines receive timely follow-up, and maintain HR tracking systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive human resources experience
  • Prior experience supporting a workforce of approximately 100 or more employees preferred
  • Working knowledge of California employment practices and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience managing employee relations and performance issues
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and employee documentation
  • Ability to independently organize HR responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with employees, supervisors, and executive leadership
  • Experience working with confidential employee information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems
