Role OverviewThe Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency Crystal City is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the hotel's strategic objectives around culture and engagement. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and must have the ability to run the HR office in the Director's absence.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include recruiting and retention with a focus on all stages of the employee life cycle, as well as learning and development, coaching, recognition, labor relations, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and compliance.
