Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site HR Manager to join our team in Palmer, MA. This role will partner closely with the General Manager to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and provide expert coaching to employees at all levels.
What You Will Do
Lead initiatives to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives, provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on best practices in people management, performance improvement, and employee relations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong expertise in change management and leadership development.
- Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Proven experience managing complex HR projects.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
