Role OverviewWe are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead all Human Resources efforts at the Council Bluffs, IA plant, including hiring and recruiting, training and retention, labor and employee relations, public and community relations, and employee branding efforts.
What You Will Do
The Human Resources Manager will provide facility supervision with advice and counsel on personnel issues, administer unemployment claims, ensure regulatory compliance, and propose and publish personnel policies.
