The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for handling responsibilities within all functional areas HR: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, benefits administration, and employment law compliance.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR).
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
