Job Description
Probo Medical is seeking a Human Resources Manager to manage internal and external recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and various HR duties. This role is responsible for sourcing and filling company staffing needs, building talent pipelines, and implementing HR initiatives to attract and retain talent. The HR Manager will partner with leadership on employee relations and develop programs to support employees and create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of human resources and recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years in supervisory/management role is preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong recruiting background
  • Extensive professional development within the area of Human Resources.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
  • Extremely high level of integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
