Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee professional staff recruiting, benefits administration, and HR initiatives within a professional services environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
SHRM certification required; CEBS certification preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional services or law firm environment.
Strong sourcing expertise, including hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience administering HRIS and payroll systems; ability to troubleshoot and support system users.
