Job Description
Miraval Austin Resort and Spa seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of the hiring process, maintain HR systems and records, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in all areas of Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and colleague experience.
Requirements
2+ years Human Resource Management experience
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Knowledge of relevant HR laws including OFCCP and EEOC
Experience sourcing and qualifying a large volume of candidates
Experience in, or knowledge of, Taleo is preferred
