Job Description
The HR Manager – Employee Relations & Safety is responsible for leading employee relations, workplace accommodations, workers’ compensation, and safety compliance across a regional pharmacy chain.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across retail pharmacy locations, central sites, and the corporate office.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Conduct workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Partner with legal counsel on employment-related risk and litigation matters.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
