Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources activities, ensuring that people strategies directly support business performance, growth objectives, and organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Partner with VP People Leader to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Lead initiatives related to growth, M&A and process improvement
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and conflict resolution
  • Champion organizational culture by reinforcing company values, promoting employee engagement, and supporting initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Support onboarding, the new hire experience and retention initiatives
  • Identify development needs and succession planning opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
  • Leverage HRIS and reporting tools to track trends and inform decision‐making
  • Analyze HR metrics related to turnover, engagement, performance, and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
