Human Resources Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
• Labor relations experience preferred
• Experience in lean manufacturing or a business system-based company is a plus
• Excellent computer skills with ability to analyze information and create reports
• Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
• Ability to confidently engage with business leaders, demonstrating ease in respectfully challenging perspectives when necessary to achieve optimal solutions for organizational success
• Ability to understand, interpret, enforce all standard work, established policies, procedures, and recognized practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a high workload and multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and high-quality results in a timely manner
