Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support daily HR operations and general administrative functions for a growing, team-oriented organization with fewer than 100 employees. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day people operations, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and provide organizational support across administrative areas.

Requirements

  • Manage core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, compliance, and performance reviews.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, and interview logistics.
  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Assist with coordinating staff events, meetings, and morale-building activities.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data, time-off tracking, and policy updates.
  • Provide administrative support related to office operations—ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and supporting overall office organization.
  • Liaise between employees and leadership to promote consistent communication and a positive workplace culture.
