Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support daily HR operations and general administrative functions for a growing, team-oriented organization with fewer than 100 employees. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day people operations, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and provide organizational support across administrative areas.
Requirements
Manage core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, compliance, and performance reviews.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, and interview logistics.
Partner with leadership on HR strategy, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
Assist with coordinating staff events, meetings, and morale-building activities.
Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data, time-off tracking, and policy updates.
Provide administrative support related to office operations—ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and supporting overall office organization.
Liaise between employees and leadership to promote consistent communication and a positive workplace culture.
