Job Description
The Human Resources Manager, Retail & Operations plays a critical role in supporting Tuckernuck’s retail expansion by leading recruiting efforts and managing employee relations across all store locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to both hiring and employee relations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruiting and/or retail HR
Experience supporting multi-location or retail teams preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong recruiting and talent assessment skills, with ability to identify top retail talent
Experience managing employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
