Job Description
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks a HUMAN RESOURCES PARTNER GENERALIST for the School of Nursing. The role provides comprehensive support for faculty HR operations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and reporting. The HRP Generalist serves as the primary HR contact for adjunct, irregular, and volunteer faculty appointments and actions within the School of Nursing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three (3) years of related experience
Prior faculty affairs experience desired
Strong organizational, communication, work ethic, and interpersonal skills
