Job Description
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Partner to join our Phoenix, Arizona office. The HR Partner will conduct new hire orientations, provide primary support for career check-in process, and perform various HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years of HR-related experience
  • Demonstrated interest in the HR profession
  • Interest in obtaining aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
  • Experience with UKG Pro or other HRIS a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong time management skills, capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities
  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through
