Job Description
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Partner to join our Phoenix, Arizona office. The HR Partner will conduct new hire orientations, provide primary support for career check-in process, and perform various HR-related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
4+ years of HR-related experience
Demonstrated interest in the HR profession
Interest in obtaining aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
Experience with UKG Pro or other HRIS a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
Strong time management skills, capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities
Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through
