Job Description
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks a Human Resources Partner Manager to independently manage human resources services to employees within a large complex department(s), college, or school. The position involves strategic coordination and management of HR services, collaboration with Central HR, and management of recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, employee training, employee relations, employee services, and equity coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ten (10) years of related experience
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant degree and ten years of progressively responsible operations and/or human resources experience
  • Working knowledge of ORACLE HR processes and experience with UAB faculty and staff hiring processes
