Role OverviewAs a Human Resource Payroll Coordinator, you will respond to inquiries concerning HR payroll issues, resolve issues through coordination with multiple departments as appropriate. You will help develop, implement, support, and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures and systems.
What You Will Do
Perform bi-weekly payroll, maintain HRIS, ensure team members are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Manage employee retirement programs, maintain payroll and personnel records, prepares required reports and audits, and ensures confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field from an accredited university or equivalent
- 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience in payroll processing and retirement administration
- Knowledge of payroll software (Paycom)
- Understanding of tax regulations, retirement plans and employment laws
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
