Job Description
The Human Resources Process Team Leader will drive change, remove obstacles, and develop inclusive talent strategies to support a guest-focused mission. They will lead a team of hourly HR experts, plan HR department daily/weekly workload, and interpret financial reporting and data.

Requirements

  • Previous experience using automated scheduling, time keeping and workforce management applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
  • Lead and hold others accountable
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude towards all guests and other team members
  • Effective communication skills
