Job Description
The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety is seeking an HR Programs Manager to oversee the daily operations of the HR Services unit, including supervising HR staff and managing key HR functions.
Requirements
Manage and supervise HRMS personnel responsible for HR Services operations.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, promotions, agency change management processes, and personnel transactions.
Provide guidance and coordination for the OHP Academy hiring process.
Develop and maintain HR processes, procedures, and workflow improvements.
Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
Provide professional customer service and guidance to DPS employees, supervisors, applicants, and external partners.
