Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Rochester, NY. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process, conducting new hire orientations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and candidates.
What You Will Do
Recruit employees, conduct employment interviews, tours, and schedule pre-hire screening, maintain employee files, records and statistics, and assist supervisors with editing of time records.
