Job Description
The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the Human Resources Department through a broad spectrum of tasks, including onboarding, training, file maintenance, data entry, and audits. The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience with high volume recruitment preferred
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling conflicts
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, previous experience with an applicant tracking system strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws/regulations and company policies
