Role OverviewThe HR Representative is a key position for our manufacturing plants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enjoy both an office and outdoor work environment, assisting with a variety of human resource activities in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
A highlight of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing new job openings (Posting, reviewing candidates, prescreening, sourcing), Onboarding (Offers, drug screening, background checks and new hire paperwork), Benefits administration (Answer questions and assist with annual and new benefit rollouts), Support leaders with employee development, safety, training and leave of absence.
