Job Description
Role Overview

Performs a variety of administrative support duties in the human resources department, including recruiting, processing personnel actions, conducting orientation and exit interviews, and completing performance appraisals. Works closely with supervisors and managers to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and program requirements.

What You Will Do

Recruits applicants, processes personnel actions, conducts orientation and exit interviews, administers performance appraisals, and provides clerical support in conducting annual area wage surveys.

Requirements

  • 1 year general office clerical experience
  • 1 year specialized experience in personnel disciplines, such as staffing, benefits, compensation, etc.
  • Study completed in a college, university, junior college, or business/technical school above the high school level may be substituted for experience
