Job Description
Texas Workforce Commission is seeking a Human Resources Specialist V to perform advanced and/or supervisory human resources management work. The ideal candidate will have four years of full-time experience in human resources management and be able to navigate complex HR policies, conduct thorough analyses, and coordinate critical HR programs. The role will involve handling a diverse range of responsibilities with precision and professionalism, and the candidate must be a proactive problem-solver, clear communicator, and effective leader.

Requirements

  • Four years of full-time experience in positions that provided a thorough knowledge of principles of human resources management, office management policies, procedures, and practices, and of agency functions and organizational structures.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
  • One year of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Human Resources Specialist IV with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications.
