The position is responsible for maintaining personnel records, processing personnel action forms, and providing support to employees and applicants.
What You Will Do
Answer phones, direct phone calls, greet visitors, receive and sort mail, provide information, order supplies, update calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and perform other clerical receptionist duties. The role also involves maintaining employee and applicant files, analyzing applications, and conducting temporary and permanent hire orientations.
