Job Description
Provides mid-level Human Resources support, including benefits counseling, processing HR actions, and assisting with new hire orientation and separation processing. Responds to HR inquiries and helps maintain HR records and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field + 3 years relevant HR experience
  • Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal HR policies and benefits programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
